Messaging an Individual Resident/Customer

From the Activity Log in the Resident/Customer Profile Page, you have multiple ways you can message a resident/customer.


How to Send a Campaign to an Individual Resident

To contact a resident directly via email or SMS,  go to the Resident Profile Page->Activity Logs-> "Send Review Request" drop-down menu. Users can send any automated and active campaign. After selecting the desired campaign, users can choose to send the message via SMS or email.



Clicking the "Send Review Request" button opens a similar modal, but only lists active campaigns that are of the review request type. If a delivery method is not selected, an error message will appear.
