Residents Page

The Residents Tab

The Residents page is accessible to properties and enables users to view a list of all residents added to Opiniion. The table view provides a simple way to perform bulk actions by checking boxes, as well as filter, sort, or search residents. Users are also notified of any unread messages from a resident, which are indicated by a bolded row.




Filtering Residents

To customize the view of the residents table, users can add or remove columns such as Name, Location, Source, Rating, Tags, Date Added, Last Contact, Subscribed, Email, and Phone. Simply click the columns button between the "Add Resident" and "Filter" buttons, check the desired box(es) to add a column or columns, and save preferences if desired.


Manually Adding Residents

Opiniion integrates with your Property Management Software to automatically upload your residents into Opiniion. However, should the need arise, you can add residents either one at a time, or in bulk. For more information, click here.

Resident Profile Page

The Resident Profile Page provides an overview of the resident's individual Opiniion rating, any public reviews that match the resident, resident tags, a full list of their activity, and lease information. Resident logs will show when a resident has opened or clicked a link within an email or SMS, and any feedback they provided. The log will also include resident survey activity such as "Opened," "Started," and "Completed."
