Resending Review Requests
There are many reasons you may want to resend a review request. Maybe your resident/customer left you feedback but didn't publish their review publicly. Maybe they left you a review on one review site and you want them to write a review for you on another (for this to work, you must have more than one review site enabled in the "Distribution" step of your campaign settings).
To resend a review request:
- Go to the Residents/Customers tab on the left hand side of the Opiniion dashboard.
- Find the specific customer(s)/resident(s) in the table or search for them using the search bar on the upper right.
- If they cannot be found, it is possible they have unsubscribed, in which case you should not resend the request.
- You can confirm if they've unsubscribed by looking in the "Subscribed" column of the table, or using the table's filter to show only "Unsubscribed" residents/customers.
- Click on their name to open their Resident/Customer Profile.
- Click the "SEND REVIEW REQUEST" button.
- Select the Campaign you want to send them to ensure the proper messaging.
- In most cases, you will want to select the "General Feedback" Campaign.
- Select email, SMS, or both as the type of delivery.
- Click "SEND REVIEW REQUEST" button.
