How to Manually Add Residents/Customers
Opiniion integrates with various Property Management Software and CRMs to automatically upload your residents/customers into Opiniion. However, should the need arise, you have the ability to add residents/customers either one at a time, or in bulk.
How to Manually Add an Individual Resident/Customer
To add a single resident/customer manually, select the "Add Resident/Customer" button and fill out all required fields before clicking "Confirm." Don't forget to select a campaign for your new resident/customer. Please note, this campaign will send immediately.
How to Bulk Upload Residents/Customers
To upload a list of residents or customers, select the "Bulk Upload" button, choose the appropriate CSV file, and select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu. If "Subscribed" is selected, the campaign selected will immediately send to the list.
