Resident Satisfaction Page

The Resident Satisfaction page displays a summary of how well you are performing at your standard events, allowing you to quickly gauge the satisfaction level of your residents.

Events in Opiniion



Opiniion's Standard Events including the following:

  • General Feedback

  • Tour

  • Move-in

  • Work Order

  • Lease Renewal

  • Move-out


By default, Opiniion shows data for these events from the last 12 months. You can adjust the date range by clicking on the calendar icon, changing the dates, and clicking apply.


How to View an Event Dashboard

If you want to see detailed data for a standard event, click on "View Dashboard" located to the right of the Standard Event section.



Each dashboard shows the following data metrics:

  • Total Email/SMS sent

  • Unique

    • Number of unique events used to contact an individual

  • Email Opens

  • SMS Clicks

  • Number of responses

  • Number of positive and negative ratings


You will also see an overall rating and satisfaction graph, which adjusts to the selected date range. At the bottom of the page, you will find any Sentiment Surveys that have been used, as well as the Word Analysis.



The Work Order and Tour Event Dashboards include an additional card titled Staff Performance, which only displays if the feature has been enabled. This card pulls data from the Staff Performance report.


Additional Data in Event Dashboard

You can click on several elements of the dashboard to open a modal with more information. All modals include name, email, phone, and date.

The "Total Sent" and "Responses" modals show initial request vs follow-up request data and email vs SMS data.
The "Email Opens" and "SMS Clicks" modals show how many times a request has been opened or clicked.
The "Positive," "Negative," and month bars display all feedback received.
*All modals filter by the selected date range and can be exported.
