About Campaigns

The Campaigns page allows users to manage interactions with multiple customers and residents via the different campaign types: Review Requests, Surveys, and Custom Messages. These campaigns can be set to run automatically (excluding custom messages), send immediately, send on a specific date, or set as a recurring event.

When a resident/customer is pulled in through an integration (or added manually) they are tagged for an automated campaign, and will be sent within minutes. This also applies when a user creates a one-time campaign and sets the Send Option to immediate.

Campaign Analytics
When you first click on a campaign, you will be brought to the Campaign Analytics modal:

Campaign Analytics lets a user know how each campaign is performing. The analytics displayed vary depending on the type of campaign.

Campaign Breakdown

Campaign Breakdown allows users to see their conversion between what was sent and what was clicked. You can also click "See Details" to view who received the message, who opened it, and who clicked the link. To better understand the data, we separate it into two tabs: Email and SMS. Be aware that if a customer or resident opens an email multiple times or clicks the link for the review request multiple times, we report each of those actions - which may be why a user sees more opens and clicks than what was sent.

Opiniion Rating

The Opiniion Rating shows the 1-5 star data for each click on either the email or SMS. Clicking one of the bar graphs will open a modal showing a list of customers/residents who left that star rating.

Source Distribution

Source Distribution shows what public sources are being targeted, and what percentage of residents/customers are being sent to each of those platforms. If you hover over the bar in the Outcome column, you can see how many were sent, and compare to how many turned into reviews under the Reviews column.

Surveys

When selecting a survey campaign, it is essentially the same, with the addition of a “See Analytics” button.

When a user clicks this button, they will be directed to the survey analytics specific to the survey sent via this campaign.

Edit Campaign
If you continue on and click the blue “Edit Campaign” button you will be brought to the Setup section of the campaign. For more information on all options available to you when creating and editing campaigns, please click here.
