Adding Users and Locations

To find Users and Locations - you will select the Accounts Icon on the left-side navigation. If you’re unfamiliar with Accounts - you can learn more hereTo add locations to your account, you will need to contact your dedicated Sales Representative found on the Account Profile. 

The first thing you should know about adding Users is the difference between “Adding” and “Assigning.”
Adding a User is the addition of an individual to your Company’s Account, who doesn’t currently have any access to Opiniion.
Assigning a User is to link or connect an existing user, giving them access to one or more locations.

Adding Users 
Follow these steps to add a user that doesn't currently have access to Opiniion.
Go to the Account Users page from the Account Level Menu. 
First, Click the Add User button. 
Next, Input the details for your new user and select their User Role and Communication Preferences. The User Role and Communication preferences you choose will be the same for all locations they obtain access to. 
Then make the Association to connect which location(s) the user should have access to.
Finish by hitting “Add User.” 

Assigning Users
Follow these steps to Assign an existing user(s) to locations in your Account. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 is via the Locations Page.
Go to the locations page from the Account Level Menu.
Select the box(es) beside the location(s) you want to assign users to.
Click the “Actions” button and select “Assign User.”
You will see a popup containing a complete list of existing users previously added to your Company’s Account. Select one or more users to be assigned. Set their communication preferences and hit “Complete.”

Option 2 is via the Account Users Page
Go to the Account Users page from the Account Level Menu.
Select the box(es) beside the user(s) you want to assign locations to.
Click the “Actions” button and select “Assign Location.”
You will see a popup containing a complete list of locations under your Company’s Account. Select one or more locations to be assigned. Set their communication preferences and hit “Complete.”
