An Account is the structured entity for your management company within Opiniion, which houses all of your company’s locations, users, groups, and more. To visit the Accounts Page - you will select the Accounts Icon on the left-side navigation.
Within the Account, you will first find the Account Profile which provides a summary of your company details and important points of contact. From the Account Menu, you can view and manage the locations of which you have access, add or manage users (depending on your Level of Permissions), in addition to creating Groups.
Locations Page
The locations page shows the list of locations you have been assigned to and is where you can manage location settings such as review site links and linking to Google. If there are locations missing, they need to be assigned to you by your Company’s Primary User, or added to the Opiniion Service by your dedicated Sales Representative found on the Account Profile.
Account Users
The Account Users page shows a complete list of Users having access to your Company’s Account. From here (depending on your role & permissions), you can assign users to one or more locations. The Account Users are different from Location User in that the Account Users shows all users under your Company’s Account, and Location Users shows all users that have been assigned to a specific location.

Groups
Groups is a way to segment locations for your unique management and reporting needs, such as by region, division, asset class, location type, high and low performing locations, and any other designation you prefer. For more on Groups - see here.
