Resetting your password is simple and can be done by yourself for your own account, or on behalf of your team members.
- Visit app.opiniion.com/login and click on "Forgot Password?" from the login screen, or going straight to app.opiniion.com/resetPassword.
- Enter the email address for the account of the user you are trying to reset and click "Reset Password."
- Check the inbox of the email you entered to complete the password reset.
- It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive
It may take several minutes for the email to arrive, and be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
For security reasons, each new password reset link is a one-time use only. If you continue to have issues, we recommend using Google Chrome and following the above process after clearing cache and cookies, or in an incognito window. There are no character requirements for your Opiniion password, but we recommend one that is easy to remember though hard to guess.
