Opiniion offers email notifications to users to alert them when feedback or reviews are received for their location. The three types of notifications are:
New Review - any review posted to a specific GMB page, whether through Opiniion review request or Google search
Potential Negative Review - any 1 through 3 rating selection from an Opiniion review request, with or without feedback left
New Customer Message - reply directly to email or SMS text from individual, also when leaving Opiniion feedback
These notifications can be customized by going to the user profile in the app where they can be turned on or off depending on their preference.
