When you first log in you’ll be taken to the Opiniion Dashboard, where you’ll see some quick-glance metrics. These metrics provide performance insights and reflect how your residents have interacted with the feedback requests. To learn about the Dashboard watch the following video or read below:
The Dashboard offers a user a brief overview of the feedback and review data pertaining to a user's assigned location(s). Clicking on the various cards will direct a user to the appropriate page within the app to get a more in-depth look. When a user has All Locations selected the dashboard will show combined data for all of the locations assigned to that user. If a user selects a specific location, they will only see data for that selected location.
When a user clicks on this card they will be directed to the Engagement By Standard Triggers report.
The number of reviews left on each public platform (Google, Yelp, etc.) since the location has been with Opiniion.
When a user clicks on this card they will be directed to the Trending Reviews by Volume Report to see a breakdown of reviews by month over the past years and for each source.
When a user clicks on the Negative Feedback Captured card they will be directed to the Negative Feedback Captured by Year report that gives the user a breakdown of the number for each month for a selected year.
If a user clicks this card it will open a 1-5 breakdown.
The Opiniion Feedback is based on the 1-5 clicks that customers and residents click when responding to a review request, and includes the industry average for whichever industry you are in.
Clicking on a 1-5 bar or the donut will direct the user to the Feedback page and filter accordingly.
This card also gives a user a glance at how they compare to the industry.
Users can click on any word within the card to display a pop-up modal that will list all the reviews and feedback that include the selected word. They will see who left the review, the location, and the campaign it came from (if a public review isn’t matched, it will NOT list a campaign).
Users can filter by the number of words, as well as positive, negative, or all.
This graph shows a user how many new Google reviews have been posted for each month within the last year, as well as the average current rating and total current reviews. The average and total will match what is on your Google Business Profile page.
Clicking on Google Review Timeline by Year will direct a user to the Trending Reviews by Volume report, where a user can set a custom date range and get more insights.
Users can check/uncheck the columns visible on the card and save those preferences.
Here, a user can quickly see the most recent private Opiniion feedback sent by customers. Clicking on a name will direct you to the Feedback page, where you can read the feedback and respond if necessary.
