About the Dashboard

About the Dashboard

When you first log in you’ll be taken to the Opiniion Dashboard, where you’ll see some quick-glance metrics. These metrics provide performance insights and reflect how your residents have interacted with the feedback requests. To learn about the Dashboard watch the following video or read below:

Opiniion Dashboard

The Dashboard offers a user a brief overview of the feedback and review data pertaining to a user's assigned location(s). Clicking on the various cards will direct a user to the appropriate page within the app to get a more in-depth look. When a user has All Locations selected the dashboard will show combined data for all of the locations assigned to that user. If a user selects a specific location, they will only see data for that selected location.

Feedback Requests Sent

This is the number of all requests sent to all customers/residents since joining Opiniion, including all automated and manually sent requests, and follow-ups.

When a user clicks on this card they will be directed to the Engagement By Standard Triggers report.

New Reviews Generated

The number of reviews left on each public platform (Google, Yelp, etc.) since the location has been with Opiniion.

When a user clicks on this card they will be directed to the Trending Reviews by Volume Report to see a breakdown of reviews by month over the past years and for each source.

Negative Feedback Captured

The number of negative reviews (1-3) that Opiniion has prevented from going public. Every time a customer or resident clicks a 1-3, and then proceeds to click the Had A Bad Experience button, it’s counted as a Negative Feedback Captured.

When a user clicks on the Negative Feedback Captured card they will be directed to the Negative Feedback Captured by Year report that gives the user a breakdown of the number for each month for a selected year.

Opiniion Rating

The Opiniion rating is the average of all the 1-5 clicks we have for the selected location(s) and includes the industry average below the rating.

If a user clicks this card it will open a 1-5 breakdown.

The Opiniion Feedback is based on the 1-5 clicks that customers and residents click when responding to a review request, and includes the industry average for whichever industry you are in.

Clicking on a 1-5 bar or the donut will direct the user to the Feedback page and filter accordingly.

Public Rating

The user can view the 1-5 breakdown across all their public sources. Clicking on a 1-5 bar or on the donut chart will direct a user to the Reviews page and filter accordingly while hovering over the donut will display a tooltip with additional information about that public source.

This card also gives a user a glance at how they compare to the industry.

Word Analysis

The Word Analysis indicates common words mentioned in both public reviews and private Opiniion feedback and public reviews. The analysis informs the user of which words are trending, both positive and negative.

Users can click on any word within the card to display a pop-up modal that will list all the reviews and feedback that include the selected word. They will see who left the review, the location, and the campaign it came from (if a public review isn’t matched, it will NOT list a campaign).

Users can filter by the number of words, as well as positive, negative, or all.

Google Review Timeline by Year

This graph shows a user how many new Google reviews have been posted for each month within the last year, as well as the average current rating and total current reviews. The average and total will match what is on your Google Business Profile page.

Clicking on Google Review Timeline by Year will direct a user to the Trending Reviews by Volume report, where a user can set a custom date range and get more insights.

Recent Public Reviews

This card gives a user a glance at the most recent public reviews posted across all sources. Clicking on a name will direct you to the Reviews page where the user can read the review and respond accordingly.

Users can check/uncheck the columns visible on the card and save those preferences.

Recent Opiniion Feedback

Here, a user can quickly see the most recent private Opiniion feedback sent by customers. Clicking on a name will direct you to the Feedback page, where you can read the feedback and respond if necessary.

Users can check/uncheck the columns visible on the card and save those preferences.

Recent Activity

This card shows recent activity from customers for a location(s). If a user clicks a name on this card, they will be directed to the customer’s detail page. Users can check/uncheck the columns visible on the card and save those preferences.
